A Royal Mail post paid tracked returns label allowing items with a length up to 60cm to be returned to us for a refund or size swap using our Royal Mail account preferential rates.
You will need access to a printer in order to print out the post paid returns label. The download link to the post paid returns label is given onscreen after successful payment and also emailed in the order confirmation email allowing it can be printed at a later date if no printer is to hand.
1. Purchase the label through our website, a download link will be automatically generated allowing the label to be downloaded immediately or at a later date if required. Once you have downloaded the label print it out and check that it all looks clear and can be read by Royal Mail.
2. Complete the returns form enclosed in with the goods, or if this is not available write a short note stating the following: your name, address, phone number, item being returned, and if a refund or exchange is required.
3. Package up the items being returned and enclose the completed returns form, please make sure there is sufficient packaging to ensure the items will not get damaged in transit and are returned in the same condition supplied with all original packaging.
4. Stick the post paid returns label on the outside of the parcel being returned and then take it to your local Royal Mail post office during work hours where they will give you a receipt for the parcel and then return it to us.
5. Upon receipt of the parcel we will action your request as per the returns form enclosed in with the goods.
